Křižovatka silnic II/471 a III/4712 v obci Rychvald

Abstract

This Bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of the road traffic safety at the crossroads of the II/471 road and the III/4712 road in the village Rychvald in the Moravian-Silesian Region and also with the proposal of necessary measures to increase the traffic flow and safety. The first part is devoted to the locality description, ascertained problems, the video analysis and the evaluation of conflict situations obtained from the road transport - engineering survey. The road transport - engineering survey was used to determine the intensity, the structure of traffic flows and conflict situations. The second part of the thesis focuses on the proposal to improve the traffic flow and safety and looks into capacity calculations. This section includes a landscaping of the current state of the crossroads in two variants. In the last part there are simulation models of the crossroads in the program PTV VISSIM.
