Oddlužení manželů a jejich ekonomická situace

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou oddlužení se zaměřením na oddlužení manželů. První část se zabývá charakteristikou insolvenčního řízení, činnostmi jednotlivých procesních subjektů a způsoby řešení úpadku dlužníka, jako je konkurs a reorganizace. Proces oddlužení je popsán v samostatné kapitole společně s problematikou oddlužení manželů. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu četnosti společného oddlužení manželů a vyhodnocení případových studii z praxe.

This diploma thesis deals with the debt relief topic mainly the debt relief of married couples. First part of the thesis describes insolvency proceeding and the functions and roles of particular subjects of the proceeding. This part also includes the description of possible solutions for a debtor such as bankruptcy and reorganization. The debt relief process together with debt relief of married couples is described in separate chapter of the thesis. Second part, the practical one, of the thesis focuses on the analysis of married couples’ debt relief and its frequency and evaluation of selected case studies.
