| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje dnes již aktuálnímu tématu. Zkoumá vliv separovaných složek digestátu na zástupci bezobratlých živočichů v terénních podmínkách. První část se zabývá anaerobní fermentací, což je proces, při kterém vzniká bioplyn a digestát.Následně je popsán proces vermikompostování a jeho technologie a životní cyklus žížal. Druhá část této práce je orientovaná na experiment – testování jednotlivých složek digestátu na Eisenia andrei. Závěr je soustředěn na shrnutí všech výsledků a jeho zhodnocení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis is devoted to what is today a current topic. It explores the influence of separated components of digestates to representatives of invertebrates in terrain conditions. The first part deals with anaerobic fermentation, a process that produces bio-gas and digestates. Subsequently the process of vermicomposting is described, its technology and the life cycle of earthworms. The second part of this work is focused on experiment - testing individual components of the digestate on Eisenia andrei. The conclusion is focused on summarizing all of these results and their evaluation. | en |
