Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the issue of agreements on work performed outside of employment relationship. The main target of this work is to find differences between these types of agreements. Differences evaluate and find the advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of the employer and the employee. The second part is focused on business practice. In this section I worked on theoretical knowledge as well as data from the company s. Oliver Ltd. One of the parts of this section is a document that I created for this company. All necessary requirements that the company needs form newly employees are included in this document. The result of my work is the analysis of corporate data and model examples on labor costs.
