Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with employment commencement and termination in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic.
In the thesis, there are employment commencement and ter-mination described. Such cases are also dealt with, when the em-ployment cannot be terminated.
Conclusion of the thesis is devoted to differences in Labour Code in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
