Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis was a description of small and medium entrepreneurship and to provide manual how to set up a company for potentially beginning entrepreneurs. It encompasses on the one hand theoretical specification of issues on the other practical part. In the practical part the process of setting up company was demonstrated and afterwards a financial plan was worked out. We used SWOT analysis for the concrete example of restaurant. On the basis of this analysis we evaluate strengths, weaknesses and also opportunities and the threats on market. In the time line concluded in Bachelor thesis were represented dates and steps the company foundation. Documents which were necessary for setting up and establishment of the limited liability company were stated in addition. Through the market research and the financial plan was displayed expected financial development of the company on the basis of which were evaluated efficiency as well as success of the company.
