Ekonomická komparace automobilové a železniční dopravy v podmínkách ČR

Abstract

The goal of the thesis is: “The Economic comparision of automobile and railway transport in condition of the Czech Republic” is to compare automotive and rail transport in the form of benchmarking to the optimum consumer according to the cardinal theory of utility based on the "full comparison" axiom. The first part of the thesis is concentrated on the characteristic of the externalities in transport and the influence of technical parameters of transport means and infrastructure on the economy in transport. Furthermore, an interspecies economic comparison of individual sub-units is carried out, which reveals a really poor state of car and rail transport in the Czech Republic. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the proposal and recommendations, depending on the miserable state of current mobility which is presented as the new concept of transport "Industrial Revolution 5.0", as a revolution in logistics and transport.
