Technologická rekonstrukce pásového dopravníku na úpravně uhlí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce poukazuje na smysl a vlastnosti úpravny uhlí a popisuje technologický objekt Třídírna druhů uhlí. Práce dále popisuje význam pásové dopravy a technologických pásových dopravníků. V další části je popis jednotlivých částí technologických pásových dopravníků, jejich funkce a konstrukce. Poslední část je zaměřena na význam rekonstrukce pásových dopravníků. Popisuje původní stav technologického pásového dopravníku a příčiny jeho rekonstrukce, návrh řešení rekonstrukce a výsledek přínosů rekonstrukce pásového dopravníku.

This thesis points out the meaning and characteristics of the coal preparation plant and describes technological object Sorting types of coal. The work also describes the importance of belt conveyors and belt conveyor technology. In another part of the description of the individual parts of technological conveyor belts, their function and design. The last part is focused on the importance of the reconstruction of the belt conveyors. It describes the initial state of the technological conveyor belt and causes of its reconstruction, reconstruction design solutions and the results benefit the reconstruction of the conveyor belt.
