Abstract

In the presented thesis there is a description of processing of electrical and electronic waste regarding gaining noble metals and other raw materials which are further used in various industrial productions. In the first part I focused on metal recycling importance, on noble metals properties, it´s industrial value and it´s environmental consequences. In other parts of the thesis there are published resources of these metals, there are described particular kinds of recycling and described material characteristics and methods of processing this kind of waste.
