Abstract

Managerial Job and Development My bachelor thesis deals with the company KOVHOKR s.r.o. and in the first place its manager, Mr. Rudolf Kříž. I deals with the managerial job and development in this bachelor thesis. The goal of this bachelor thesis is find the causes of the problem of a manager. The problem is working mistress and inability to properly lead its subordinates. This bachelor thesis is divided into five parts. In the first part is defined goal of whole bachelor thesis. The second part contains the fundamental concepts and theoretical background of the thesis. This section provides an overview of managerial functions, working, skills, quality of manager, people management and Time management. The fifth part of my bachelor thesis are suggestions for solutions and recommendations for manager.
