Abstract
The main point of this diploma thesis is to analyze if employees from company ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. are satisfied and motivated with their work. Based on the results from questionnnaire the most problametic areas were indetify. With these areas were employees the least satisfied. After that the recommendations were formulated and evaluated.
