Provedení strategické analýzy ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of a selected company. Many methods are used to perform the strategic analysis, which are described in the first part of the thesis. In the second practical part, the selected company is characterized and then the selected analyses are performed. Finally, based on the analyses, suggestions and measures that can help to develop and increase the competitiveness of the company are given.
