Automatizace sběru dat procesu vstřikování

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření systému sběru a vyhodnocení dat výměn vstřikovacích forem. Úvodem je popsán důvod sběru dat z pohledu výrobního podniku a možnosti sběru těchto dat. Dále je zde popsána technologie vstřikování plastů, popis vstřikovacího stroje a proces výměny nástroje. V další části je uveden původní systém sběru dat výměn nástrojů a postup tvorby programu pro jejich záznam. V závěru této práce je popsáno zavedení programu do výroby a vyhodnocení přínosů.

The main aim of this bachleor thesis is create a system of storage and evaluation data from changing mould equipment and time reduction of colecting. Firstly, the reason for collecting data from the point of view of the production company and the possibility of collecting this data is described. It also describes the plastics injection technology, the description of the injection molding machine and the tool change process. The next section is about description of the original data exchange saving system and the procedure for creating a program for recording them. At the end of this work is described the introduction of program into production and evaluation of benefits.
