Abstract
The thesis summarizes the basic properties of titanium alloys, their corrosion resistance and biocompatibility, as well as conditions of formation and stability of metallic glasses based on titanium, their mechanical, corrosion and biocompatible properties. The experimental part deals with alloy Ti60Nb15Zr10Si15, prepared by plasma metalurgy. The metallographic study of alloy was performed as well as, EDX micro-analysis and micro-hardness measurement.
