Projekt fyzické bezpečnosti mezinárodního atletického mítinku

Abstract

In my diploma thesis I am working on the physical safeness project of an international athletic meeting. In the introductory chapter I deal with the issue of the security project and its elaboration. In the second chapter is described the area of the Municipal Stadium in Ostrava and there are mentioned basic information about the planned international athletic meeting. The following chapter describes the current state of physical security: technical protection, mode protection and physical security. The fourth chapter assesses the physical safety risks of an international athletic meeting and identifies the most serious risks. In the next chapter I deal with the proposal of alternative physical security measures of an international athletic meeting in two alternatives and cooperation with IZS. In the last chapter I deal with the financial demands of both variants and using the Fuller method I determine the most appropriate variant of the physical security project.
