Metodika hodnocení rizik projektů zaměřených na změnu způsobu vytápění u nepodnikatelských subjektů.

Abstract

The target of this thesis is the creation of the methodology for project risk assessment focusing on non-commercial subjects heating change with using of FMEA method. The creation of the methodology corresponds to the current knowledge and experiences in this field. On this basis was established the risk assessment which desribe the change from the beginning of consideration to the actual execution of the change. This thesis is divided into few parts from which the main are – the theoretical basis, the assessment methodology and the real project verification.
