Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby pro výstavbu nových studentských kolejí. Tato práce řeší celkový návrh vnitřní kanalizace, vnitřního vodovodu a návrh vytápění. V návrhu kanalizace je použitý systém, který využívá šedé vody pro splachování záchodových mís a úklidové práce. Vnitřní vodovod je řešen tradičně. Z důvodu dlouhých rozvodů teplé vody je v objektu navržena cirkulace. Vytápění objektu je pomocí deskových a trubkových otopných těles. Soustava je dvoutrubková nucená a zdrojem tepla je kondenzační kotel. Na závěr je vypočítána přibližná cena stavby a návratnost systému zpětného využití šedé vody. Diplomová práce se skládá z technické zprávy, výkresové dokumentace a textových příloh obsahujících výpočty.

The theme of the diploma thesis is creation of project documentation for the construction of buildings for the new student accommodation. This diploma thesis is solved a comprehensive design of internal sewerage, internal water supply and the design heating. In the design of internal sewerage is used systems, which makes use grey water for flushing a toilets and for cleaning work. The internal water supply is solved traditionally. In the project is projected circulation of hot water by the reason a long distribution pipeline. The building uses steel panel radiator and comfortable towel rail radiator for heating. System of heating is double pipes, forced circulation and the power supply is condensing boiler. Finally, is the calculated approximate cost of construction and the return on of re-use of gray water. The work consists of technical reports, drawings and text attachments containing calculations.
