Abstract

This work brings a comprehensive view on how to administer first aid at traffic accidents with the participation of fire brigades. The first part presents traffic accidents in Czech Republic and how to improve new safety elements in the automotive industry for the safety of pasengers. The second part follows with the predetermination of fire brigade units at traffic accidents and tehere is a small section of technical and medical items. The third and main part presents how to give first aid to injured person and various types of possible injuries at traffic accidens. At the end of this work there is a procedure for fire brigades and also for medical rescue teams how to inspect and injured person.
