Abstract
The objective of this thesis on the topic “The Role of the Land Fund of the Czech Republic” is to take a closer look at the workings of the Land Fund of the Czech Republic and to propose possible improvements and means for streamlining its operations, especially in comparison with the Slovak Land Fund. The development and role of the State Land Office, which took over the program of the now defunct Land Fund of the Czech Republic on 1 January 2013, is similarly outlined.
