Abstract

The aim of this work is to define and characterize the consequences of violation of trade obligations. Violation of contractual obligations is characterized in terms of both the debtor and creditor. As one of the consequences of contractual obligations violation an interest on arrears is considered by the valid law. Compensation arrangements resulting from obligation violation is thought as well. The method and the possibility of establishing penalties and no less important consequence resulting from a significant or insignificant breach of contract cancellation is described. The thesis also involves the origin and ways of extinguishing obligations, and business presentation and sorting of trade obligations into four groups of relative business, type business, combined and cumulative business, and individual types of contracts are characterized..
