Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis deals with microwave synthesis a new functional graphene-based nanocomposites. Combining of the reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and the oxides of d-elements we can obtain materials, whose promising technological properties maybe a subject of further research. The RGO layers were prepared via chemical exfoliation. This process is composed of the oxidation of graphite, its exfoliation and reduction. Using the microwave reactor composite materials of RGO with ferric oxide (Fe2O3) and chromium oxide (Cr2O3) were produced. The products and individual transitive products were characterized by RTG diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and Infrared spectroscopy.
