Abstract

The Master thesis deals with the analysis of possibilities of mutual adaptation of project management methodologies in the Czech Republic, specifically in two selected organizations. The first chapter of the theoretical and methodical part describes the exploratory survey, data sources and the way of their collection. Part of the chapter is a description of selected project management standards. The second chapter describes the project management environment in the Czech Republic. The application-verification part is divided into two parts. The first concerns the evaluation of qualitative survey Perception of project management standards by project managers of selected organizations. The second part focuses on suggestions and recommendations to improve the project management methodologies used from the survey data analyzed.
