Abstract

The main theme of diploma thesis is Analysing consumer behaviour on the market of etiquette courses. The aim of the thesis was to describe recent consumer behaviour on the market of etiquette courses in Moravian-Silesian region. The problem of unknown consumer behaviour is solved by marketing research, especially by questionnaire survey. It was found that etiquette is important for people, further what people want and what is their motivation. Based on the results of marketing research there was designed few recommendations for new entrant.
