Abstract

The objective of the project described in the thesis is a construction of a family house, including the construction itself as well as the solution of inner water and sewage piping. Most attention is given to the correct layout and dimension of inner water and sewage piping within the object to achieve the smallest pressure and heat losses in the pipeline.

The inner water piping system and the water service pip for the building were designed by the REHAU Company, the precipitation and sewage canalization system was designed by the WAVIN OSMA Company and the precipitation pipes and gutters were designed by the REHAU Company.

The family house is designed for five permanent residents, has two above-ground floors, no saddle rand saddle roof. The project includes the placement of the house into the terrain, the connection of the water service pipe to the water distribution system and the solution for draining sewage water from the sewage system into a nearby water flow.

The objective is to achieve comfortable and problem-free housing.
