Abstract

Theses deals with the relevance of information from social networks for emergency subjects in emergencies. the document looks at the issues of social networks, communication and crisis management and connects these three categories in the research part where the current situation is solved. Based on this research, recommendations and a proposal for a procedure for verifying the relevance of social information are issued.
