Krokoměr - detekce počtu kroků

Abstract

The work deals with the creation of software to detect the number of pedometer steps using accelerometric data. It is divided into three parts, where the first part focuses on explaining basic theoretical notions, the second part focuses on the custom design and implementation of processing algorithms to process signal of measurement device and the third part contains laboratory exercise created according to college standards. To realize the work Matlab software, in which were processed accelerometer data, and then implemented an algorithm that detects and counts the steps performed, presumed lenght of the track, duration of movement, amount of energy used, Body Mass Index, motion profile and many other functions, was used. Developed GUI allows easy manipulation with the software in the college labs. To understand how to operate this software also the video tutorial was used. During the processing of the issue of this work, information was drawn primarily from specialized books and Internet resources (online encyclopedia, articles...).
