Abstract

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the documentation for the realization of event: Family house in Ostrava - Svinov. The land is located on the street Stanislavského 242/3. Family Documentation is subject to resolution of construction of the house on land situated so that its shape was used.It is designed for the purposes of a simple, clear and practical layout that offers comfortable and pleasant living. There is the double-deck, slab on ground building, ground plan "L" shaped. The first floor is used primarily as a social space and the second floor of the house as a rest area. Urban design solutions based on ground plan of a land , orientation to the cardinal points, guaranteeing a sufficient distance from adjacent buildings, so that they are not overshadowed by a new building and respects the character of the surrounding buildings. This thesis is divided into 2 main parts: a text part and the design documentation, including specialization.
