Abstract

The thesis is focused on critical thinking usage for the development of human potential within the learning organisation and its contributions for management of SPEKTRA – IS, s.r.o. The theoretical part describes various autors‘ models and approaches to critical thinking. The theory created a base for the analysis of current level of critical thinking within the organisation. An integral part of the analsis was a structured questionnaire. The main aim of this thesis was to examine the actual level of critical thinking within the Company’s management, comparison of this status with the ideal situation, linking the critical thinking with education of employees and outline the relationship between the critical thinking skills and flexibility of the organisation. The aims of my thesis were fulfilled, steps ensuring higher effectiveness for the development of the human potential of the organisation were taken by means of management’s application of the critical thinking.
