Právní a ekonomické důsledky neoprávněného podnikání

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with legal and economic consequences of unauthorized business in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to assess a current situation of unauthorized business and measures, which could help to improve it, are offered. The terms connected with unauthorized business such as business, entrepreneur, negative determination of entrepreneur and trade in the Czech Republic are explained. Further, the term unauthorized business itself is characterized from the point of legal and economic point of view and reasons due to which this phenomenon occurs are described. Consequences of unauthorized business are discussed and their legal and economic aspects are considered. To achieve the set aims of this bachelor thesis, methods of description, analysis, comparison and deduction are used.
