Zhodnocení investičního projektu výstavby automatizace lisovny

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of renewing investment project in an international company. Business life cycle of an investment, including identification, investing and operational phase is described in theoretical part of the thesis. Hereafter it also identifies possible ways of project financing and investment appraisal techniques, incl. efficiency criteria. The practical part is devoted to the selected company where the renewing project is implemented. Efficiency criteria of this investment are calculated based on real financial data and are also included in the practical part of the thesis.
