Abstract
Subject of this work bachelor thesis is a design of a new building, its heating and economic assessment. The first part of this bachelor thesis is processing project documentary for realization buildings. It is about double-deck family house without cellar, with saddle roof to T. The second part is how to solve the heating of a family house, with micro-cogeneration unit, and in the end of this work is developed economic assessment of the unit for using in family house.
