Abstract
The main subject of this thesis is analysis and improvement of control of nonconforming products process at the manufacturer door wings. This process is an essential part of the requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016. The thesis is devided into two parts - a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with nonconforming products management process within the requirements of the above mentioned standards on quality management systems. In the practical part is the description of the current state of control of nonconforming products process in the selected organization and its analysis performed in order to discover weaknesses and make a suggestion to the process improvement.
