Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis „Copartners of the different forms of business companies“ is to obtain a full picture of the regulation of members in various legal forms of companies. How do you choose the correct form of community? Which is the best company to become a member? Answer the question will enable us to create an imaginary list of advantages and disadvantages of participation in the form of company. The primary objective of my thesis, I determined to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the status of partners in various forms of commercial companies. To reach the goal first were described possible judicial forms of the business companies corresponding to existing judicial framework, which is formulating base attributes of the business companies, which are e.g amount of shareholders, minimal investment liability of the base capital, the bodies of the company etc. The reason why I chose this topic is just above the topicality of the issue and a personal interest in the topic. Finally, are different recommendation verified on the base of statistical data touching business companies As a most advantages form of the business was evaluated Limited Liability Company.
