Metody správy a vymáhání pohledávek Úřadu práce v Mostě v období 2005 - 2010

Abstract

This thesis deals with the problems of claims created on the basis of the legal relation at the chosen subject in the period from 2005 to 2010 of the Labour Office in Most which is the public institution. It concentrates on their administration and exaction. It describes origin of claims and their solution created from unathorized financial means paid from the state budget to both physical and legal persons, return of financial means and extinction of claims. The Labour Office creates financial means from the state budget and the European Social Fund in the form of allocations, loans, shares, unemployment doles, during re-training, in the form of social benefits, refunds, expense payments connected to education of applicants and persons interested in employment. The Labour Office followed the internal regulations and valid acts.
