Identifikace výrobků pomocí RFID technologie v řídicích systémech s programovatelnými automaty

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to probe into the contactless radio identification RFID technology dilemma in connection with controlling systems. Besides describing the general principle of this technology, the thesis deals with its use and provides an overview of RFID systems used in connection with programmable automatic machines. Next, the attention is focused on products by Siemens Company, especially on RFID module for Profinet IO communication interface. Another aim of the thesis is a project and execution of a laboratory model for demonstrating the usage of this technology. Part of the thesis is a project and realization of a programme for controlling a model, including the visualization. The operating system is implemented with the help of PLC Simatic and completed with SCADA system running on a PC. The demonstrative task is identification of products within industrial production of cars and subsequent automatic sorting based on selected criteria. The produced model is going to become a part of the university laboratory and will be available for students to realize their own projects.
