Apartment Building with Office Space in Ostrava

Abstract

The main target of the project documentation is constructing a new building of residential area as the main goal and main part of the project combined with a small area on the ground floor for commercial use. Thus, if we want to mention one main goal for our project, it could be permanent residential usage. The owners of the apartments would like to have apartments in the shape of a family home because they don’t like huge buildings. This makes them feel more comfortable and familiar with their permanent home which could be a lifetime home also.
