Abstract

The bachelor thesis „Marketing of hotel services“ intents on the marketing communication of hotel. The objective of this thesis is the appreciation of the marketing communication of the hotel. In the first part the common marketing is shortly described (concretely service and its marketing). The second part intents on hotel marketing. In this part the instrument of marketing communication – communication mix is theoreticly described. In the third part of thesis the utilization of the marketing communication of the hotel is described. The fourth part focuses on appraciation of communication mix of the hotel. Questionnaires were used for this appreciation. The hotel communication with clients and public was evaluated on the basis of results of the questionnaire investigation. In the end a few solutions was proposed. These solutions can improve the marketing communication of the hotel and icrease the sale of hotel services.
