Zajištění akceschopnosti jednotek HZS v průběhu pandemie

Abstract

The master thesis deals with ensuring the action capability of HZS units. In order to bring this topic closer, the work introduces the operation of the fire and rescue service, basic information about the pandemic and a list of crisis situations that enable the authorities of the Czech Republic to face extraordinary events, including the pandemic, in a coordinated manner. Furthermore, the work describes the basic activities of the HZS, including the involvement of units in activities related to the spread of the COVID-19 disease. Following on from the previous chapters, the thesis contains an analysis of the conditions necessary to maintain the ability to act and points to risky situations in the framework of organizational management during the pandemic. In conclusion, it summarizes the proposed anti-epidemic measures and compares them with the actually issued anti-epidemic regulations of the HZK OLK in the years 2020 to 2021. Thanks to the complexity of the collected data, the work provides guidance for ensuring the normal operation of the station even in the event of a pandemic.
