Abstract
The I am of this work is Optimization of transportation cost`s for company AFP Ltds.r.o. Firstly I specified production plant FOLIJAPLAST d.o.o, which is situated in Croatia and from whom is production for Czech Republik and Slovakia delivery to distributive stock in Ostrava. Secondly I focused on main customers of this company and mainly on elements which have influence on transportation by own cars. In the next part I did calculation on own and external transportation costs and their evaluation. At the conclusion I recommened solution for company AFP Ltd, how solve this situation.
