Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate a business plan for the establishment of a new medieval restaurant in Valašské Meziříčí for starting a businesswoman. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of basic terms such as enterprise, entrepreneur, business and small and medium-sized enterprise. Then, the structure of the business plan is described. The practical part is devoted to the processing of a specific business plan. The plan is based on the real market situation in Valašské Meziříčí. It consists of a business description and business opportunity, market and customer analysis, which also includes marketing research, enterprise surroundings, where Pestle analysis and Porter's 5 competitive forces model were used. In marketing strategy was created marketing mix - 4P. The last and most important part is the financial plan, including the selected financial indicators. Based on the elaboration of this business plan and especially the financial part, it was found that the plan to start a business and open up its own restaurant in medieval style seems viable and feasible.
