Analýza procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The thesis is about recruitment and selection of staff. The aim is to analyze the current process of recruitment and selection of staff at Ptáček – velkoobchod a.s. - wholesale trade as well as further implementation of the survey and processing of proposals and recommendations towards improving this process. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background of recruitment and selection of staff. The practical part is divided into sub-chapters. Contains the characteristics of an organization focused on commercial subsidiary Ptáček. Other chapters include the previously mentioned analysis of the current process of recruitment and selection of employees, a research and suggestions for improvement. Analysis of the current process of recruitment and selection of staff discusses the various steps of recruitment and selection methods used by the employees in the organization. The research is conducted on the basis of a questionnaire among existing employees of the company. By comparing the knowledge gained studying literature, analyzing the current process of recruitment and selection and implementation of the research proposals are evaluated and measures for improvement.
