Návrh zástavby rozvojové plochy ve městě Slušovice

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření územní studie s návrhem zástavby rodinnými domy v rozvojovém území ve městě Slušovice. Zvolená lokalita se nachází v západní části města, která plynule navazuje na současnou zástavbu rodinnými domy. Řešené území leží v klidné části s výhledem na město. Zpracovány byly dvě varianty řešení na základě vlastního průzkumu. Byla vybrána jedna varianta, která je v souladu s územním plánem a ta byla podrobněji rozpracována. Práce byla řešena s ohledem na urbanistické a technické podmínky. Součásti studie je návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktury, vyhodnocení finančních nákladů a vizualizace.

A subject of this Bachelor Thesis is a creation of footings with design of building by the family houses in the development area in the village Slušovice. The selected area is located in the western part of the village, that fluently follows in the currect family houses. This area is situated in a quiet area overlooking to the city. There were processed two options of solution based on the own research. There was selected one option that is in an agreement in the itemized budget. This one was in more detail elaborated. The work was solved with respect to town and technical conditions. The part of this study is a suggestion of the technical and transport infrastructure, evaluation of financial costs and visualization.
