Abstract

The main subject of bachalor work is well-designed multi-family house.This multi-family house is in Kobeřice,region Opava.Multi-family house will be in steep land.Entrance to this object will be from Hlučínská street. Multi-family house is designed as particularly with cellar, with free upstairs floor and one underground floor.There are eight flats in this multi-family house,six of them is 3+1 and two are 1+1. Flat 3+1 consist of living room,kitchen,hall,toilet,bathroom,bedroom and one bedroom for chlidren with balcony. Flats 1+1 is only one large room with balcony,kitchen,small hall,toilet and bathroom. There are some cellars in basement floor,which are going to be used for the owners of flats. There is central rating boiler room too,to heat whole house. Vertical cross conection between each floors connects ironbeton monolitic stair with flag pavement.Ventilation of rooms is natural and where is not possible,there is air shaft. The other subject of bachalor work is resulotion technologie making of inside plaster systém.Must be checked variants of resolution for thin film and classic systems.
