Územní studie lokality „V Bažantnici“ v Hodoníně pro zástavbu rodinnými a bytovými domy

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je komplexní návrh zástavby objekty bydlení v lokalitě ,,V Bažantnici“ v obci Hodoníně. Diplomová práce je vypracovaná v rozsahu územní studie s urbanistickým řešením zástavby ve variantách. Následně byla vybrána jedna varianta s propočtem nákladů. V práci bylo nutno respektovat stávající objekty v areálu. V první části jsou úvodní údaje a rekapitulace teoretických východisek. Dále je proveden rozbor řešené lokality s důrazem na limity využití území. V poslední části je rozepsána souhrnná technická zpráva řešení bytového domu včetně technického a dispozičního řešení.

The aim of this diploma thesis is a comprehensive plan for building residences in the locality “V Bažantnici” in the village Hodonin. This thesis is elaborated in the range of territorial studies addressing urban buildings in the variants. Subsequently, the selected one variant of the costing. The work was necessary to respect the existing buildings on this area. The first part is introductory data and recap theoretical background . Furthermore, an analysis designed site with an emphasis on land use limits. The last section is a breakdown summary report technical solutions, including residential building and technical layout.
