Abstract

The thesis is focused on real estate valuation and comparison of different methods of valuation. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of field measurement and the relationship of administrative cost and market value nemovitostí.V application of the work is devoted to specific methods of different approaches in relation to the purpose of the application property. It goes on to describe the importance of valuing real estate accounting firm. The final section is devoted to examining the impact of different valuation methods, the final value of the property.
