Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate on the implementation documentation of a multifunctional building. The structure is located on the top of a hill providing views to all directions. Being multifunctional, it can be used as a studio, gallery, long-term living and also short-term residential accommodation. Its layout is directly coupled with the need for a clear classification of private, semi-private and public areas and their mutual connections. This further reflects to the aestethic design of the interior as well as the exterior of the whole building.
