Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with elaboration of a business plan for a small business. The thesis is devided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with basic terms concerning the issue of entrepreneurship and business plan. The practical part deals with the elaborating of a specific business plan for a medieval restaurant. The feasibility of the business plan is supported by relevant calculations.
