Realizace a využití strukturální pomoci EU v České republice v oblasti zemědělství

Abstract

Utilization and financial drawing of funds allocated to the EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for the Czech Republic (CR) presents one of the key opportunities offered by membership of the EU. The aim of the diploma thesis is to clarify the process of evaluation of EU assistance in the CR in agriculture in last and present programming period. The first part of the thesis describes the basic characteristics of the EU CAP, the most important reforms and agriculture sector of the EU and CR. The second part focuses on a position of Czech agriculture in the EU, its development and deals with evaluation and drawing process of EU structural aid in terms of agriculture sector of the CR in programming period 2004-2006. The third part shows the general progress during the drawdown of EU aid in the CR in programming period 2007-2013, description of current state of the CR agricultural policy following actual happening in the world and possible future of Czech agriculture.
