Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá bydlením elit v Ostravě. Mobilita a globalizace se v této společenské vrstvě projevuje primárně na způsobu života a bydlení. Tato práce řeší umístění elit v rámci regionu a posílení sociálních vazeb v kontextu městské struktury. Určení vhodného charakteru bydlení pro následující roky, který by podporoval pozici jednotlivých zástupců finančních a také intelektuálních elit v rámci sociálního prostředí města. Navržené objekty splňují primární požadavky jednotlivých zástupců této třídy a dávají jim možnost se plně rozvíjet v kontaktu se zbývající částí společností. Upevnění a zakořenění elit, je nezbytně důležité pro správný vývoj města a sílu celé jeho společenské struktury.

This diploma work deals with housing of elites in Ostrava. Mobility andglobalization manifests itself in this social group primarily in the way of life and living. This work addresses the location of the elites in the region and strengthening of social ties in the context of urban structure. Designation of the suitable charakter of housing for the following years, which would support the position of individual representatives of the financial and intellectual elites in the social environment of the city. The designed buildings meet the primary requirements of the representatives of this social class and they give them the opportunity to develop fully in touch with the rest of the society.
