Vyhodnocení a komparace exekučního a insolvenčního řízení u fyzických osob

Abstract

The theme of this thesis is Evaluation and Comparison of Execution and Insolvency Proceedings of Individuals. The aim of the thesis is to characterize, evaluate and compare the execution and the insolvency proceeding and the executory proceeding. The theoretical part is devoted to characteristics of insolvency proceeding and execution proceeding, their course. In the practical part there is evaluation selected situations of two debtors and it is recommended to solve their financial situation.
